It’s almost a cliche to say that we live in a civilization of contradictions.
Every day a man shows his genius in science and we believe this genius – if it is, no limit, in so far has demonstrated the power of a few decades.
But this scientific development lightning does not occur evenly, because there are many areas where human mentality opposes any form of progress or – even worse – sometimes tends to regress.

Nutrition is, unfortunately, one of these subjects left behind, as more and a total anarchy reigns. Each believes that the right to say something and everyone is urged to say yes to God.
And so things will remain as long as the problem will be opened and the final solution will be accepted by all.
The truth about nutrition is known yet, but it remains the privilege of a few scientists and highly trained members of the medical corps. Scientific truth is hidden – in routine and the ultra-conservative – mostly by the pseudo-professionals diet.
It’s hard to accept this reality because it is based on four criteria that oppose traditional beliefs and undermine the right inherited ideas and practices arising from them. These four criteria are:

  1. Calories Theory is false. This is an assumption without scientific basis, illusory to the extent that the adoption of energy-restricted diets always leads to failure.
  2. Bad food habits and, in particular, excessive refining of food and questionable nature, gave rise to our contemporaries metabolic disorder. Therefore we must learn to choose well in terms of carbohydrates.
  3. It is also important to distinguish the beneficial fats bad fats, choosing the best ones.
  4. We need to enrich food with fibers that contain mainly fruit, green vegetables, pulses and bread.

“Secrets of nutrition” is somehow the truth about the substance of what we need to know about a topic whose importance is greater than we imagine. For these mysteries concern not only those who want to lose weight or to stabilize – without constraints and privations – but those who want to regain their optimal physical and intellectual vitality.
