Weight Loss Programs

Flash diets will give you a feeling of fullness early so that you don`t want  other than those permitted supplements.

Breakfast

  • A cup of milk and corn flakes (not Musli) or
  • Two slices of toast with butter;
  • Plain water or tea.

Break

  • A banana or
  • A cup of rice milk or
  • A sandwich with cheese and butter.


Lunch

  • Half a tin of tuna, a boiled potato, passed, with milk or
  • 100 gr. mackerel or cod cooked, a potato and a teaspoon of mayonnaise or
  • Two baked potatoes with cheese.

Afternoon snack

  • A little yogurt (no fruit) or
  • Two slices of toast with a teaspoon of honey;
  • A cup of rice milk.

Dinner (not after 19:00)

  • Fish (mackerel, cod) cooked or grilled, boiled potatoes or two
  • A grilled chicken breast, boiled carrots or two 100 gr. peas.

Evening snack

  • A cup of rice milk or
  • Foam fruit of a banana, cherry, strawberry or
  • A cup of milk.

Some tips that will amount to minus 1 kilogram each week:

  • Empty the fridge of everything that might tempt you;
  • Said that dieting not only people who know that you could support your trying;
  • Before you go shopping make a list of those required, otherwise you will be tempted to buy everything on track meet;
  • Do not use these five days than those prescribed other fruits (banana, cherry, strawberry);
  • Try not to exceed 75 grams of butter at this time;
  • Not ever jump over breakfast;
  • Drink plenty of water.
