Flash diets will give you a feeling of fullness early so that you don`t want other than those permitted supplements.
- A cup of milk and corn flakes (not Musli) or
- Two slices of toast with butter;
- Plain water or tea.
Break
- A banana or
- A cup of rice milk or
- A sandwich with cheese and butter.
Lunch
- Half a tin of tuna, a boiled potato, passed, with milk or
- 100 gr. mackerel or cod cooked, a potato and a teaspoon of mayonnaise or
- Two baked potatoes with cheese.
Afternoon snack
- A little yogurt (no fruit) or
- Two slices of toast with a teaspoon of honey;
- A cup of rice milk.
Dinner (not after 19:00)
- Fish (mackerel, cod) cooked or grilled, boiled potatoes or two
- A grilled chicken breast, boiled carrots or two 100 gr. peas.
Evening snack
- A cup of rice milk or
- Foam fruit of a banana, cherry, strawberry or
- A cup of milk.
Some tips that will amount to minus 1 kilogram each week:
- Empty the fridge of everything that might tempt you;
- Said that dieting not only people who know that you could support your trying;
- Before you go shopping make a list of those required, otherwise you will be tempted to buy everything on track meet;
