Cheeses have become a fashion lately, at least I think I have. Can initiate a real debate on where to organize a table cheese. In November, usually cheese appetizer is served either on or as an extra flavor of the fish dishes, while in other countries, cheese is served as dessert at the end of the table, for good digestion.

Whatever the scenario instead give them a meal, cheese is a food is delicious and consistent, is especially beautiful in the warm season when, with a tomato salad may replace any menu. Besides the satisfaction it brings taste of cheese lovers, this food may be a basic ingredient diets, which promises the elimination of 3kg in a week. outside the required menu (using only black bread and fat products or Graham), is recommending a high consumption of water or unsweetened tea.

Here’s the menu:

  4. You have a right and a snack on the basis of 50g Camembert cheese and a slice of bread with cream cheese or 50g and 200ml of vegetable juice.
