Ingredients

1 jar(s) Weight Watchers Chilli con Carne Sauce with Jalapeños 1 medium Onion, All Types 1 clove(s) Garlic 300 g Chicken, Breast, Skinless, Raw
Instructions

add the garic and onion to frying pan and dry fry
dice the chicken into small pieces and cook for about 5 mins
add the whole jar of WW chilli sauce and simmer for 20 mins or till chicken cooked

i add 150g cooked brown basati rice add 6PP
