Raw Asparagus Pesto recipe – 143 calories

Ingredients:Raw Asparagus Pesto
1 1/4 cups diced fresh asparagus
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
2. Slowly add the olive oil; blend together.
3. Refrigerate; serve cold.
Servings: 8
