Avocado Mandarin Salad recipe – 136 calories
Ingredients:
1 rip
avocado, peeled and sliced
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted pecans
1/2 cup sliced green onions
4 cups salad greens
1/4-1/2 cup italiad salad dressing
1/8 teaspoon pepper
salt, to taste
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine the
mandarin oranges, pecans, green onions, salt and pepper.
2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. When ready to serve, place the greens in a salad bowl; top with the
avocado slices and orange mixture.
4. Drizzle with the Italian dressing; toss and serve.
