The best foods to help you reduce your risk of confrontation with eye diseases are:
Blueberries and grapes – these fruits help the eye especially during night vision. A cup full of blueberries, currant jam or a nutritional supplement made from grapes and blueberries to help you adjust to the darkness, in less than 30 minutes.
Fruits and vegetables – contain vitamin A, C, E and beta carotene. Yellow vegetables such as carrots, are very important for subsistence.
